Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Mon's Personal Assistant accesses and uses information when providing personal calendar-management functions.

Google User Data

The application accesses Google Calendar data only after authorization through Google's OAuth authentication system. Calendar information may include event titles, dates, times, descriptions, and other information required to retrieve, create, update, delete, and manage calendar events.

How Data Is Used

Google Calendar data is used only to provide requested personal-assistant functions, including retrieving schedules, creating and modifying events, checking scheduling conflicts, producing calendar summaries, and sending event reminders.

Data Processing and Storage

The application uses a self-hosted n8n workflow system to process calendar-management requests. Information processed by workflows may temporarily appear in workflow execution records and operational logs.

Information necessary to interpret requests and provide assistant functionality may also be processed by service providers used by the application, including OpenAI.

Data Sharing

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated commercial purposes. Data is processed only by services necessary to operate the personal assistant and provide its requested functionality.

Access and Revocation

Google Calendar access is granted through Google OAuth. The user may revoke the application's access at any time through their Google Account security and third-party access settings.

Purpose

Mon's Personal Assistant is currently a private personal project and is not offered as a public service.
